Revisão sistemática de análises funcionais de comportamentos desafiadores no Brasil

Resumo

Contexto: As análises funcionais são consideradas o padrão-ouro para identificar a função de comportamentos desafiadores e determinar intervenções subsequentes. Embora recomendadas, sua utilização por analistas do comportamento é reportada como pouco frequente. Objetivo: Realizar uma revisão sistemática de artigos publicados com revisão por pares, que descrevam análises funcionais de comportamentos desafiadores como procedimento pré-tratamento, conduzidas no Brasil, independentemente do local de publicação. Métodos: Realizou-se buscas online nas bases PsycINFO, ERIC, ISI Web of Science, Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde e Google Acadêmico; adicionalmente contactaram-se telefonicamente grupos de pesquisa em análise do comportamento. Os estudos incluídos (i) foram conduzidos no Brasil; (ii) utilizaram análise funcional como pré-tratamento; (iii) recorreram a procedimentos experimentais e mensuraram comportamentos desafiadores; e (iv) demonstraram uma relação entre eventos ambientais e comportamento. Resultados: Identificaram-se 234 estudos; porém, apenas cinco atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. A maioria (80%) foi classificada como utilizando análise funcional breve, embora os autores as classificassem como análise funcional padrão. Nenhum estudo apresentou ou atingiu critérios de diferenciação nas análises funcionais. Conclusões: Conclui-se que estudos envolvendo análises funcionais para informar planos de tratamento são escassos no Brasil, sendo necessárias adequações nas pesquisas para alcançar a precisão requerida.
